The deal
Free until she earns it. Refunded if she doesn't.
01
Build it free
Paste your website, interview your agent, test it on your own questions. No card, no clock — the sandbox never expires.
02
Go live when you're ready
The subscription starts the day customers can talk to her: your site, your DMs, your number. Not a day before. Cancel anytime.
03
Covered for 30 days
If she doesn't book you a tour in your first 30 days live, you get your money back. The exact terms are written down.
No free tier that hobbles her. No trial countdown. Free to build, guaranteed once live.
There is no version of this where you pay to find out.
The difference
The demo call is the product tour of companies that are scared of their product.
We think you should meet the product, not a salesperson. Ours is on the homepage.
Pricing questions
Before you ask
Is there a free plan or a 30-day trial?
Neither, on purpose. A free tier would mean shipping a hobbled version of her, and a trial countdown would rush you. Instead: building, interviewing, and testing your agent is free forever, with no card on file — the way interviewing a candidate is free. The subscription starts the day you put her in front of customers, and your first 30 days live are money-back guaranteed — terms in writing at /terms.
When do I actually start paying?
The day you turn the agent on for customers — the widget on your site, your Instagram, your text number. Building and testing costs nothing and never expires.
Where do I sign up?
The “Build yours free” button is the signup. About 15 minutes, no card, and you come out the other end with your agent and a dashboard account. When you're ready to go live, you subscribe right from the dashboard.
Is anything an upsell?
No. Website chat, Instagram DMs, SMS, tour booking, the inbox, contacts, and alerts are all in the $199 plan. Groups and Portfolio exist for multi-venue operators, not to hold features hostage.
What is the founding venue rate?
The first 10 venues willing to be a public case study, real numbers and receipts published the way we publish our own, lock $99 a month for life. It's granted case by case, not a checkout option — email contact@hirekaiba.com with your venue. Serious operators only; when the 10 are gone, they're gone.
What if she doesn't book anything?
If she doesn't book you a tour in your first 30 days live, you get your money back. Not credit, not free months: a refund of what you paid. That's on top of testing her free before a dollar moves. At 1712 Studios she books tours constantly, which is why we can afford to say this.
Are there texting fees or usage limits?
No per-message fees. Your dedicated number, the carrier registration (A2P, filed for you), and the texting itself are inside your plan. Fair use is 1,000 conversations a month, more than our own 400-guest venue has ever used, and it's defined in the Terms. If you somehow blow past it, that's a very good problem and we'll talk.
What if it doesn't work for my venue?
Cancel anytime, no contract. And because you test it on your real leads before paying, you'll know before a dollar moves.
Do I need a CRM too?
No. KAIBA captures leads, conversations, contacts, and tours in one place. If you already run a CRM, keep it; a light sync ships at launch and deeper integrations follow.
