Terms of Service

KAIBA is operated by GB Open Space LLC, a Washington company (“we”, “us”). By using KAIBAyou agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English on purpose; if anything is unclear, email contact@hirekaiba.com and a human will answer.

The service

KAIBA is an AI booking manager for event venues: it answers inquiries on your connected channels, qualifies leads, and books tours on your connected calendar. It works from the facts you approve during setup. Like any front desk, it can make mistakes — you're responsible for reviewing the facts you give it and for the bookings you honor.

Free to build

Building, interviewing, and testing your agent is free, with no card on file and no time limit. Your subscription starts only when you take your agent live — that is, when it can talk to your customers on at least one channel (your website, Instagram, or a text number).

Billing & cancellation

Plans are billed monthly ($199/mo for one venue) or annually ($169/mo equivalent, prepaid). You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by email; cancellation stops future renewals and your agent stays live through the period you've paid for. If you cancel an annual plan early, we'll refund the remaining full unused months on request. There are no setup fees and no cancellation fees.

The 30-day tour guarantee

If your agent does not book at least one tour in your first 30 days live, we'll refund what you paid for that period. Definitions, so there's no fine-print surprise: “live” means your agent was on and able to receive customer messages on at least one channel for those 30 days; a “tour” means a tour appointment the agent placed on your connected calendar (whether or not the lead later shows up is out of anyone's hands). To claim it, email contact@hirekaiba.com within 14 days after your first 30 days live. The guarantee applies once per venue.

Fair use

There are no per-message fees. Plans include up to 1,000 conversations per venue per month — more than our own 400-guest venue has ever used. If you exceed it, nothing breaks; we'll reach out and figure out a plan that fits.

The founding venue rate

The first 10 venues that agree to be a public case study lock $99/mo for as long as their subscription remains continuously active. The trade: you let us publish your venue's name and real results (numbers and anonymized receipts) on our case-studies page. It's granted case by case — ask at contact@hirekaiba.com.

Your data

Your leads and conversations are your data; how we handle them is in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you connect (your Instagram, your calendar, your number) and for complying with messaging laws in how you use the service (we file your carrier registration, but the business and its messages are yours).

Acceptable use

Don't use KAIBAto send spam or marketing blasts, to deceive people, or for anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that do; if we do, we'll say why.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect damages (lost bookings, lost profits) — the guarantee above is the remedy we stand behind.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect. These terms are governed by Washington law.
